Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, the following policy will be applied. 14 days = No fee. Less than 14 days = 2 nights charge for bookings of less than one week. For bookings of one week. 1-3 week bookings will be charged 7 nights. 3 week booking or longer = 14 nights will be charged if given less than 14 days notice for shortening or cancelling of stay. Refunds are subject to the reletting of the apartment. A security deposit is required for all apartments which is refundable on departure. This is either a signed Credit Card imprint of £250 or a cash deposit. The number of persons permitted to occupy an apartment is the number for which beds are provided by the management. In some apartments, sofa beds can be provided for an additional charge. Baby cots are provided free of charge. Apartments must be vacated by 12.00 noon on the day of departure. Due to the time taken to service apartments, occupation cannot be guaranteed before 12.00am on the day of arrival. Rates are subject to change without notice.
